When we work steadily on our personal development program(s) it can be frustrating if we believe we are not making fast enough progress in achieving our goals.

However, when we have this perception, it’s important for us to remember that in the concept of self-improvement, the journey we make in pursuing our goals is just as important, and perhaps more important, than the destination
.

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving them.” – Henry David Thoreau

“Success is steady progress towards one’s goals.” – Jim Rohn
